Origin
A family with a young boy was speeding along the ocean in their new speed boat. Unfortunately for them, it was bad weather that day. Just as they hit 90 MPH a Barracuda jumped out of the water and collided with the kid at the exact moment a bolt of lighting struck the two of them! And from the smoke came... The Barracuda!

He currently patrols the worlds oceans and helps those in need without their permission or consent.
