Origin
Victor grew up in a very patriotic household, so when he was given the opportunity to give back to his country in a meaningful way, he took it without hesitation. He was quickly inducted into _____, a secret spy agency run by the British government. There he was given the flight suit, (Which he nicknamed the pterodactyl) and trained in its usage.

He was a natural at it and quickly became a top-ranking agent in the company.

To the rest of the world, he is regular old Victor Pheonix, but as soon as his communicator rings he becomes the Pterodactyl, London's secret protector.
Status
Things have gone terribly wrong... Victor was assigned to work a case involving a fancy prep school that seemed to be hiding dark secrets, in following up a lead, he was taken to _____. Whilst there he recieved a distress call from headquarters, and by the time he got back, the entire building was in ruins.

It turns out the agency he had been working for was not what it seemed. Now Victor is on his own, trying to uncover what happened, whilst unravaling the secrets of his orginization, and evading capture by the people that did this in the first place.

He can fight, but he's no black widow, or even steve rodgers.
The suit folds into a backpack that he constantly wears.
